Tour Description

This family standard tour gives you an opportunity to visit all best parks in Northern Tanzania Tourism Circuit; the Serengeti National Park to witness the world largest mammal migration (wildebeest migration), Ngorongoro Conservation area to witness the co-existence of man and the lion as well as to see the world largest unbroken caldera, and Tarangire National Park with highest density of elephants (the home of elephants).

ITINERARY

On arrival we will pick you up at Kilimanjaro airport and transfer you to Arusha for your overnight and briefings at the Lodge. Depends on your arrival time you might be able to go for city tour around Arusha Town at no extra cost if you arrive early.
On this day you will be picked up from Arusha, then the journey begins towards Tarangire national park (the home of elephant), where you will be amazed with density of baobab trees in the park and many species of birds. On arrival you will proceed with formalities for few minutes before heading deep inside the park for the game drive the rest of the day and overnight
We will depart Tarangire after breakfast to Serengeti via Ngorongoro highlands with an en-route game drive. We will stop at Maasai boma at the highlands to have an insight about Maasai culture then we will proceed with the game drive. On arrival at Naabi hill gate you will have picnic lunch then proceed with afternoon game drive in the park till evening and overnight inside the park.
All day in Serengeti will give you chance to explore Africa’s leading safari destination. You will have two game drives, one in the morning which is the good time to witness prey and predator actions in the wild as everyone try to survive and then after picnic lunch we will go for afternoon game drive with a sundowner. And overnight inside the park.
Today will start with half day game drive in Serengeti National Park, good thing about Serengeti is there is nothing as enough game drives every day feels like a brand new day and different wild actions to witness; then after bush lunch we will start an enroute game drive to overnight at Ngorongoro highlands
On this day early in the morning and start descending to the world largest unbroken caldera and the UNESCO world heritage site where man and lion co-exist. The descent is about 600m to the floor of the crater for the game drive till afternoon were by will go to the picnic near the hippo pool for lunch then finishing with the afternoon game drive then after we will then drive to Karatu for overnight.
This is day you will be immersed to the experience of African culture by having half day cultural tour in Mto wa Mbu village where it has the mix of more than 100 tribes many of them very read with kind heart to showcase their way of life.
After breakfast we will take you to Kilimanjaro airport where you will board a 90 minutes flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you'll be greeted and transferred to your chosen accommodation in Stone Town. Take the opportunity to explore the captivating historic district of Stone Town, known for its labyrinthine narrow streets, centuries-old architecture, and bustling markets. Wander through its fascinating alleys, visit landmarks such as the House of Wonders and the Old Fort, and unwind at the scenic Forodhani Gardens. Your day culminates with a delightful seafood dinner along the picturesque seafront.
Board on a guided Spice Tour, a unique experience that unveils Zanzibar's vibrant spice heritage. You'll visit a local spice farm, engaging your senses with the aromatic scents of cloves, vanilla, cardamom, and other exotic spices. A traditional Swahili lunch is served as part of the tour. In the afternoon, journey to the Jozani Forest Reserve, where you'll encounter the charismatic red colobus monkeys, native to the region. The reserve also offers a chance to explore the intriguing mangrove ecosystem.
Venture to the charming northern village of Nungwi, a coastal haven renowned for its breathtaking Nungwi Beach. Spend the day in tranquility, basking on the pristine sands, and taking in the turquoise waters. For those seeking more adventure, the area offers various water activities such as snorkeling, diving, and the option to partake in a traditional dhow cruise. Your day is perfectly capped off with a sumptuous beachfront dinner, accompanied by the mesmerizing sunset views.
A boat excursion to Prison Island (Changuu Island), characterized by its intriguing history and giant tortoise population. Discover the island's past and present, observe the majestic tortoises, and enjoy a refreshing swim or snorkeling session in the azure waters surrounding the island. Upon returning to the main island, visit a local fishing village to gain insight into the coastal way of life. Take the remainder of the day to further explore Stone Town's hidden gems and savor a delectable dinner at a local eatery.
Your last day in Zanzibar offers a relaxed morning, providing an opportunity for souvenir shopping or revisiting any attractions you missed. Indulge in a leisurely lunch as you reflect on your journey. Depending on your departure flight timing, you might have a chance to savor some last-minute relaxation or exploratory moments. Bid farewell to the enchanting island of Zanzibar as you depart from Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, cherishing the memories and experiences you've gathered during your stay.
